Managing your staff schedule
Availability is the foundation everything else sits on. Get this wrong and reminders won't save you.
Each staff member gets their own schedule under Users → [Name] → Availability. Set recurring weekly hours first, then add one-off exceptions for holidays.
Services can be assigned per staff member — a junior stylist shouldn't appear for balayage if they're not certified for it. Customers only see staff who offer the service they picked.
Calendar sync overrides manual blocks: if Google says Busy, we respect it even if your weekly template says available. Trust the calendar.
